Cuento con una sólida trayectoria de más de nueve años trabajando con niños y adolescentes. Durante este tiempo, he desempeñado roles diversos, incluyendo la enseñanza de materias como danza, música, lengua, inglés y matemáticas en programas de educación no reglada. Estas experiencias han enriquecido mi perspectiva y reforzado mi compromiso con la enseñanza.

Hace cuatro años, tuve la oportunidad de ingresar al ámbito de la educación reglada, donde asumí el rol de maestra de Primaria y Música. Posteriormente, decidí mudarme a Inglaterra para mejorar mi dominio del inglés y continuar mi crecimiento, tanto a nivel personal como profesional. Durante dos años, trabajé en un colegio/residencia de educación especial en Inglaterra, donde atendí a niños y adolescentes con TEA, dificultades de aprendizaje, trastorno del desarrollo generalizado y comportamientos desafiantes. En la actualidad, desempeño la función de Maestra de Educación Primaria e Inglés.

El último año lo he dedicado a seguir perfeccionándome como docente, obteniendo la mención de inglés, el Certificado C1 (Advanced) y la Habilitación Lingüística de la Comunidad Autónoma de Madrid.

Me complacería enormemente la oportunidad de demostrar mis habilidades en su institución. Por tanto, les solicito la posibilidad de concertar una entrevista para discutir cómo puedo contribuir al éxito de su centro educativo.

MODELO DE CARTA DE PRESENTACIÓN EN INGLÉS PARA PROFESORES

Dear Sir or Madam,

Over the years I have gained a lot of teaching experience throughout the community of Madrid as a language assistant, working in academies, and giving private English classes. It has been very enriching and rewarding because as you teach you learn to continue to expand your ideas to make learning more fun and interesting. I find that using the three learning styles of visual, audio, and kinesthetic to be very helpful especially for young learners. A few years ago, my 2nd of ESO students inspired me to write a song using the irregular verbs in the past. From this experience I now have an interest in getting students to write poems or songs related to whatever they are learning in English class. I believe giving that freedom to express themselves in the language they are learning broadens their minds and increases their creativity. In another school where I taught, I discovered that teaching though imagination is a wonderful activity for young learners to increase their listening, speaking, and writing abilities most especially at the primary levels but could of course certainly be applied to secondary with more age-appropriate topics. At a few other schools that I worked at I was able to use my theatre experience and apply it to teaching. The Meisner acting technique is very useful for students learning the different ways to answer yes, and no in English (i.e. Yes, I was. No, you weren’t) and, for improvisation for the more advanced level.
