HOW WE SEND YOUR RESUME BY EMAIL TO PRIVATE SCHOOLS
Working as a teacher
EMAILING YOUR RESUME TO PRIVATE SCHOOLS
We send your resume to the private schools that you have chosen, along with a message similar to the one found in the image below:
We mostly use emails that schools have specifically set up to gather the resumes that are sent to them.
To choose this option, you must fill out our school selection form, and select “email” under the “Distribution Method” section.
Also keep in mind you must choose at least 30 private schools.
PREPARATION OF THE MESSAGE THAT WE WILL SEND THE SCHOOLS
To prepare the message that we will send to private schools, we will need your resume (which we will add as an attachment) and the cover letter that we will incorporate into the body of the message. In the message’s subject, we’ll briefly describe of your professional profile.
We will create an email account with your name (for example “John Smith – firstname.lastname@example.org“) to send your resume to create a personalized image. If a school replies to this account, the replies will be forwarded to your personal email.
We also give you the option of choosing a custom domain where you will be able to send messages (for example: email@example.com).
DISTRIBUTION OF THE MESSAGE AMONG PRIVATE SCHOOLS
Once the message is prepared, we will add it to your account so that you can review it and make any corrections you deem appropriate. Once you have verified that everything is correct, you must click on the “Validate Message” option. With this, you confirm that you agree with the information that we will submit to the schools you selected.
At the time we send the resume, you will also receive your own curriculum, as your private email account is added to the list of school accounts. This way, you’ll be able to double-check the message we sent and find out when your resume was distributed.
Once the process is finished, we add the list of schools we have sent your CV to your account. The service is usually completed within five business days from hire.
